Who we are.
We are a team of support service professionals working with buildings and flats in Edinburgh and have been successfully busy for several years now.
What we do.
We do support work for property owners, agents and managers, where the services range from cleaning, humble fetch and carry to providing assessments and surveyance of properties.
Fire Risk Assessment is an HMO License requirement and we carry out assessments for approval and adoption by the contact person named as responsible person for the purposes of fire safety at a property.
Property maintenance, we maintain clients' properties across Edinburgh and provide specialist services where required.
Festival and Holiday Property Support such as cleaning, laundry, specifically kitchen and bathroom cleaning and provisioning with groceries and supplies as required, bedroom cleaning, stripping and making of beds.
Cleaning, ranging from deep cleans requiring heavy duty cleaning of carpets, kitchen and bathrooms, often at end of tenancies, to lighter cleans as normally needed between or during rentals.
Where we work.
In the Old Town, in the New Town and across Edinburgh and environs.
Recent Work
We are currently busy at work during the Festival season and already scheduling work for start of the new academic year in September, and for Christmas / New Year holiday bookings.
